The service
EmiLab is an educational app for children aged 1 to 6, by Vail Holdings LLC (Florida, U.S.). Contact: hola@emilab.app.
The account
The account is opened and managed by an adult (18 or older), who is responsible for its use. Use is for the family and non-commercial: reselling or using EmiLab in schools requires a separate agreement.
Subscription (once payments are enabled)
Price: $5.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes. [LAWYER/ACCOUNTANT: sales tax.]
7-day free trial, no card required. When it ends, the app offers to subscribe.
Cancel anytime from the Parents’ zone (Stripe portal). Access continues until the end of the month already paid.
No partial refunds for a month already started. [LAWYER: confirm under the applicable law and store rules.]
If the price changes, we will notify you by e-mail in advance.
Families with invitation access do not pay.
Content and ownership
Labi, the texts, lessons, voices and design of EmiLab belong to Vail Holdings LLC.
Voices are generated with artificial intelligence (ElevenLabs).

They are used and modified under that license; its copyright and permission notice is reproduced in docs/licencias/ and here: "Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software… THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND."
Responsible use
EmiLab limits screen time and is designed to be played together. It does not replace education or professional care.
